Dave is an accomplished and successful business owner, currently owns and operates multiple businesses in the highly regulated pharmaceutical industry encompassing the last 16 years. Starting as a pharmaceutical sales rep in 1997 with MCR American Pharmaceutical, he became #1 in sales and rapidly ascended to CEO in 1999. He took control of the helm of a company on the verge of bankruptcy and redirected MCR which became a thriving and profitable success. After securing MCR’s future, he started Ambi Pharmaceuticals, implementing his strategy to expand into the generic market. Both successful companies were sold in 2008. In 2005 while building Ambi and growing MCR, Mr. Ambrose embarked on a manufacturing endeavor creating a company to produce prescription and over the counter products. After extensive planning, research and implementation, which included the successful navigation of many government regulations and requirements, TG United and it’s subsidiaries opened for business in 2007 and continue to thrive.
Prior to working on the Salerno Team, Gary began as a sales representative in 1999 with MCR American Pharmaceuticals, Inc. He quickly became ranked #1 in sales and rapidly rose up to hold many positions within the company such as: District Manager, Regional Manager, National Sales Manager, Vice-President and President. Following his time in MCR American, Gary went on to hold vitally important roles in various other pharmaceutical companies. He assisted with the vision and planning of building TG United, Inc. and started GPC, The Generic Pharmaceutical Company, Inc., both of which are thriving pharmaceutical companies to this day.
At Salerno Pharmaceuticals, Gary uses his skills and experience to assist in daily operations and functionality, customer service, and the building of relationships in various capacities, such as sales, partnerships, vendors and customers. He acts a liaison with external parties on matters relating to the procurement of services and materials. Additionally, Gary develops and implements operational policies and procedures including but not limited to sales, purchasing and inventory control. He continues to evaluate and develop improved techniques for the control of operations, quality, reliability and safety.
With almost two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Robert has gained a comprehensive understanding and vast skill set in the area of pharmaceuticals. He is CDR certified with the State of Florida. He has assisted in the creation of companies from the ground up, overseen product launches and worked extensively in a variety of capacities. He has held multiple positions in logistics, distribution, production, regulatory compliance including licensing, contracting and DEA Quota Procurements for controlled substances. Robert has executed tasks for these roles in four different pharmaceutical companies. He is currently working hand in hand with the Salerno Research & Development team in developing a pipeline of revolutionary new and innovative alternative products.
Dr. Kirk is a Corporate Finance Executive with 36 years of extensive experience in Investment Banking, Mergers and Acquisitions, Trading and Advisory Services for public and private entities. From 1985 to 2000 , Kirk founded and lead the Banking activities for Continental Financial Network and drove growth in revenues 45 fold during his tenure with oversight on 22 offices in 13 states and Europe. Directly managed underwritings for over 35 IPO’s and over 50 private placements aggregating to over 450,000,000. were consummated under his leadership. This included numerous first to market transactions and some of the earliest Nasdaq offerings of Asian entities, starting in 1992.
